According to TMZ… Kim Kardashian is filing for a divorce after being married for 72 days to her hubby Kris Humphries.

TMZ Reports:
Kim Kardashian will file for divorce this morning, after 72 days of not-so-wedded bliss to Kris Humphries  … TMZ has learned. 

We’re told even though the marriage was short, she will not seek an annulment. It’s a garden variety divorce, in which Kim cites “irreconcilable differences.”

We’re told the date of separation is listed as today, Oct. 31, 2011.

Kim has hired disso-queen Laura Wasser, who has repped the likes of Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, Angelina Jolie, Ryan Reynolds, and Robyn Gibson, Mel’s almost ex-wife.

As we first reported, the couple has a prenuptial agreement … Kim made sure of that.

Rumors of a split had been swirling for some time and the two were spotted out to dinner earlier this week … looking less than pleased with one another. 

Recently Matt Barnes and Basketball Wife Gloria Govan announced their split from each other. The two have twin boys together and have known each other since childhood. The breakup has been hard for both of them and recently Gloria sat down with VH1 to speak about the relationship and moving on.

Your relationship has been shown a lot this season and we’ll see even more of what’s going on with you a the end of the season, but can you talk about your split?
Matt and I do have kids and we’re trying to be as cordial as we can right now and we’ll be in each other’s lives forever, but as relationships go, we have our ups and downs. It hasn’t been an easy ride moving across the country twice, having kids at 21 when I just graduated college, it hasn’t been easy. And now Matt has the lockout, so everything has been stressful with the breakup, the lockout, everything, it’s been a whirlwind. But we’re still friends and we’re still working things out and I wish him nothing but the best.

On her sister Laura believing that Matt and Gloria will get back together 
Of course she does. My whole family is rooting for that man. I swear. They would pick him over me. I’m not going to say never, I’m optimistic, but for now…we’re going our separate ways. But if our paths cross again it’s meant to be. For now, we’re just taking our time to do our own thing. And Laura of course wants it. With her situation with Gilbert (Arenas), she’s been in and out, out and in. She has a lot of experience and good advice when it comes to situations like this.

Do you look up to her and think if they can get back together, anything’s possible?
Anything is possible but am I looking at them like “Yay, we can get back together because Laura and Gilbert have fluctuated so much and they are back together”? No. I look up to my sister, I think she’s a very string person but in terms of relationship, I’m walking to my own drum here.

Do you want to sow your oats and date other people, is that part of it?
I think that’s a lot of people’s assumption, that oh, she wants to f— around and f— everything because he did and it’s like NO. A), it’s such a double standard, even if I wanted to I can’t because they’d put me on blast if I did. And B) I have kids, you know? I’m not looking to date anyone at this moment, I’m just going to take this opportunity to take a step back and reevaluate where I wanna go in life. And I think I have a long way to go to make my mark in feature films and in my community, but I’m happy. I’m happy with where I am now.

Amy Winehouse’s cause of death has finally been revealed. According to reports Winheouse died from consuming too much alcohol.

In the new issue of GQ covered by Lil Wayne, Keith Richards and Eminem, Wayne opens up about his estranged relationship with his father and also on why he’d like to retire by the age of 35.

On why he will retire at 35
Basically, I have been doing this for eighteen years. That’s reason number one. I have accomplished all that I have set out to accomplish and more. Also, I have a label, and I’ve only put out two artists [Drake and Nicki Minaj]. I have a lot more work to do, and it’d be selfish to not focus on being the boss and focus on their projects.

But the main reason is my kids, my children. Now, if I thought I’d be selfish to my artists, imagine what I think I would be doing to my kids. I have enough money that they don’t have to ever do anything—which, they will do everything, ’cause they ain’t getting sh*t. [cackles wildly] Six [more] years, I can do this Lil Wayne thing, and my boys will be about 7 and 8 years old. And man, it’s all about them then. You know, whatever they’re doing. Sports. Whatever they’re into. That’s where I am. I’m at every game. I’m the dad with the hat on. The jersey. That’s me.

I feel like I’ll be a new me, and how good is that? To actually be opening a brand-new door of life at 35? That’d be awesome. Totally awesome. I’m looking forward to it.

On his new hobby of skateboarding
I don’t know. I’m still like a kid, because unfortunately my childhood was raped away from me because I became a star, a rapper, or whatever you want to call it, and you can’t be a kid and a rapper at the same time. So I watch television and I get real amped. Like, people watch commercials, and they’re like, “Who’s gonna buy that?” I’m the person they make the commercials for. I watch them, and I’m like, “Oh God, that’s awesome.” So I was just watching TV, and I was like, “Yeah. I want to do that!” And I called a guy and I said, “I want a ramp on my roof.” I have a pretty big roof at home. So I put a ramp on the roof about five months ago, and man, I’ve been skating ever since.

On his relationship with his father
He don’t give a sh*t about me. And I don’t give a shit about him. I saw the n*gga recently—I had a show in New Orleans. And I ain’t afraid to put this out there, ’cause this is just how much I don’t give a f*ck about a n*gga, and I want people to see how you’re not supposed to be. I was parked at the hotel, and I saw him walking outside the hotel. Just walking back and forth. I’m like, “Look at this n*gga! You gotta be looking for me.” If Lil Wayne got a show in New Orleans, the whole of New Orleans knows. Basically, you’re not there for nothing else but me. So I call my man on the bus. I’m like, “N*gga, that’s my daddy.” So I tell my man, “Go see what’s up.” So my man goes to holla at him. He tells my man, “Oh. I didn’t know y’all was here. I’m here waiting for this little ho to get off work from the hotel.” For real? That’s when I was like, “Typical Dwayne Carter.” So that’s what’s up with me and my real father. I don’t want to look like his ass, but I do.
