Beyonce’s little baby girl is already making history and isn’t even a year old!

If you remember, about a few months ago Beyonce released a video that entailed how her and hubby Jay came up with their daughter’s name while vacationing in the island of Hvar, Croatia.

Because the video was so inspiring to others, Major Pjerino Bebic of the Island of Hvar, Croatia has decided to name Blue Ivy Carter as an honorary citizen of the country.

“The story of the origin of the name of your daughter has brought enormous media attention and therefore tourist promotion to the town and island of Hvar,” Major Pjerino Bebic wrote in a letter to the family. “Because of this, I have decided to confer on your daughter the status of honorary citizen of the town of Hvar.”
